With over two decades in education—and more than ten years in school leadership—I’ve had the privilege of helping students, educators, and schools in achieving meaningful, lasting growth. From Founding Principal to Chief Academic Officer, my work has always been grounded in a core belief: every child can learn, and love must be the foundation of how we lead.

As an educator and consultant, I bring a collaborative, solution-oriented approach to everything I do. Whether guiding schools through moments of crisis or helping high-performing teams plan for sustainable growth, my goal is the same: to ensure every student has access to deep, meaningful learning in an environment that truly sees them.

I firmly believe that a thriving school culture is integral to student success. By ensuring high-quality instruction, strong engagement, and developmentally appropriate practices, I am confident that every child can achieve deep and meaningful learning.
